Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Technician Intern to join our dynamic IT team. This internship offers hands-on experience in supporting our company's IT infrastructure and providing technical assistance to our staff. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a passion for technology and a strong desire to develop their technical skills in a real-world environment.
- Assist in providing first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues via phone, email, or in-person.
Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other peripheral devices.- Support the IT team in maintaining network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other tech equipment.
Currently enrolled in from a degree program in Information Technology or any related courses.
- Ability to commit to the full duration of the internship and work the required hours.
Able to use MS Office Application
