Job Responsibilities
- Involved in design, develop and deliver training programs to meet specific organizational needs.
Assess employee training needs and develop training plans to meet those needs.- Use various training methods, including hands-on exercises, lectures and multimedia presentations, to deliver training content.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement based on review and repair exercise.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training, including attendace and test scores.
Collaborate with manages, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs.- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees and other stakeholders
Ensure that training programs are compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company policies
- Conduct monthly skill assessment for people exercise.
Collaboration in training activities to enhance teamwork and productivity- Providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development
Supporting the implementation of new processes, systems or technologies by providing relevant training.
- Supporting the design and delivery of company-wide training initiatives and programs.
Stay current with the operational practices to ensure succesful training.
