Job Description:The HR GENERALIST will manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Team. He/she will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Recruitment, Benefits Administration, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Employee Relations, Employee Communication, Performance Management, Training and Development, Employment and Compliance with regulatory concerns and reports.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of new employees
- Responsible for managing and administering the company's employee benefit and compensation programs
Oversees engagement programs and other employee relations work- Coordinate the labor relations program, manage cases, and provide recommendations
Participate in performance management processes by working closely with line managers
- Ensures all employee records are maintained and updated
A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, and other related courses.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in human resource field such as recruitment and training, labor relations, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and wage and salary administration
Proficient in using MS Office Application (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)- Willing to work on-site in Cebu City
