- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Health Delivery and Clinic Management
Perform comprehensive, highly complex and specialist assessment of employees/ guests, diagnose, plan, treat and evaluate care and advice according to evidence-based practice and changing health needs.- Provide employees to safely fulfil their role and facilitate their early return to work should a member of staff become too ill to attend to work.
Prioritize employee care, monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of care, including need to go home employees, or referring on, autonomously, without reference to a medical practitioner.
- Perform highly complex clinical skills in analysis, treatment and overall management of caseload.
Collect, collate, evaluate and report on clinical information and maintaining accurate client records and documentation. Proper filing of SSS, Philhealth, Sick Leave and Health Insurance.- Facilitate and schedule Annual Physical Examination of the Employees as well as to report and perform clerical assistance in processing availment by employees of health related benefits.
Maintaining shelf organization in the clinic and replenishing clinic supplies. Must have medical items inventory and control.
- Reporting maintenance problems or completing work repair orders for the Clinic.
Assists in maintaining guest service as the driving philosophy of the hotel.
- Personally demonstrates a commitment to guest service by responding promptly to guest needs with an interest and concern in satisfying guest.
Develops added value customer service programs regarding Health delivery services.
Knows local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the Hotel.- Recognizes and corrects potential safety hazards in the hotel
Recognizes and corrects potential security problems in the hotel
- Understands and follows policies and procedures for the hotel's key control system and ensures others to follow them.
Additional Responsibilities- Any other duties assigned by the Management.
A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, with at least 2 years working experience as Occupational Health Nurse and/or specialized trainings and seminars attended.
Very good verbal and written skills.- Knowledge of human resources, computers and economics.
Communicate on a professional level and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
- Ability to work as a team player within all levels of the organization.
* Can work well under pressure and must be able to perform multiple tasks at once.
- Requiring excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
