On Call Company Driver

Job Summary:

Driver assist the company with all transport-related duties. The driver's responsibilities include dropping and picking up guests, collecting various packages, and maintaining a travel log to record work hours, travel time and locations traveled to. You should also be able to perform routine checks on the company vehicle.

To be successful as a company driver, you should ensure that all transportation duties are carried out in a timely manner.

• Job Responsibilities:

Safely transporting guests as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.

• Providing security for executives, including monitoring their well-being and handling any security threats or issues that arise

Driving executives to meetings, conferences, social engagements, and other events as requested

• Ensuring that the executive's schedule is organized effectively to maximize productivity

Coordinating with other staff members at the executive's company to ensure that all requests are handled appropriately

• Monitoring traffic conditions, including road construction and congestion, and relaying information to the executive in advance so that alternative arrangements can be made

Assisting with the loading and unloading of staff luggage, products, and materials.

• Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.

Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.

• Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.

Maintaining a vehicle inventory, ordering parts, and arranging for maintenance and repairs as needed

• Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle's coming and goings.

Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management. Driver

Professional driver's license restrictions code 1,2,3

• with at least 3 years related experience

Familiar within Manila Area

• Clean driving record.

Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.

• Working knowledge of local roads and routes.

The ability to utilize maps and GPS systems.

• Effective communication skills.

Punctual and reliable.
