ON-CALL CHEF
Assist in the preparation of food according to recipes and standards set by senior chefs.
- Measure and assemble ingredients and prepare basic components of dishes
Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Operate Kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies- Perform other duties as assigned by senior chefs
A Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years working experience and/or specialized trainings and seminars attended.- Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management and should possess and display high levels of energy since the job demands it.
With high levels of integrity and should be patient and have high tolerance- Ability to work as a team player within all levels of the organization.
