Job Summary:This OJT (On-the-Job Training) position offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in legal and contract management. The trainee will assist with the review, drafting, and management of contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements. This position is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Legal Management, Business Management, Financial Management or any business course related field who seek to develop their sales operations skills in a corporate environment.
The trainee will directly report to the Chief Revenue Officer and Sales Enablement Lead based in Australia.
Assist in reviewing various types of contracts, including sales, purchase, non-disclosure agreements, and service agreements.- Identify potential legal and business risks in contract terms and conditions.
Ensure that contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Assist in ensuring all contracts meet internal compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.
Organize and maintain contract files and databases.
- Track contract review status and follow up on outstanding contracts.
Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing agendas related to contract negotiations.
Currently pursuing a degree in Legal Management, Business Law, or any business management related field.- Basic understanding of contract law and legal principles.
Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
