Job Responsibilities
Overall Management
- Helps the Manager on ensuring that there is a clear plan, goals, and program for the Clinic
Helps the Manager on ensuring that Clinic operational policies and procedures are present, implemented, and followed
- Helps the Manager on ensuring that client complaints, issues, and concerns are well handled and resolved
Helps the Manager on supervising, coaching, and training of Clinic workforce
Reception Works
- Ensure to accommodate all inquiries via phone call or walk-in. Ensure to be always updated on the products and services offered, and recommend correct and necessary treatment procedure based on every client's needs
Ensure to effectively manage the schedule of beauty specialist/artists in able to attend to all scheduled clients
- Ensure that all administrative and medical supplies are readily available, never got expired, and never run out of stocks. Also ensures that all machines are well maintained and functioning
Ensure that all client records are complete and secured. Also ensures accurate records of daily sales transactions- Ensure overall orderliness and cleanliness of the Clinic. Also ensures that the company is well represented by proper grooming and professionalism of all staff
