Job Role:

Go-To Outsourcing are advertising the following role on behalf of its client:

The OFW Recruitment Assistant will need to help find, interview, screen and onboard candidates whom apply for OFW jobs in the middle east and Europe.

The OFW Recruitment Assistant will have a real eye for detail and not be afraid to scrutinise candidates to ensure they are right for the role.

Requirements

Skills Required:

  • At least 1 years experience in a recruitment based job
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Confident and outgoing personality
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to travel and meet candidates in person throughout the province
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • An ability to work to targets/deadlines
