A Snapshot of Your Next Adventure

Your Daily Journey: What You'll Be Doing

• Respond to and manage incoming correspondence from online booking systems, travel agents, and guests.
  
• Handle data entry into reservation systems and send confirmation emails.
  
• Assist in delegating tasks as necessary, as per Supervisor/Team Leader or Manager's guidance.
  
• Maintain excellent communication skills to deal effectively with a diverse range of people.
  
• Adhere to assigned rosters and participate in both formal and informal training sessions.
  
• Attend meetings and actively support company goals and C.O.M.P.A.S.S. values.
  
• Meet and exceed key performance targets and team goals.
  
• Manage responses for online travel agent (OTA) bookings, averaging 70 emails per day.

Requirements

The Essentials for Navigating Success

• Proven customer service skills with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in reservations or travel accounts.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
  
• Keen attention to detail and initiative.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Experience working in a medium-to-large reservations center.
  
• Familiarity with KPIs and a track record of meeting them.
  
• Previous experience in a resort/hotel environment is a plus.
  
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external clients regarding resort requirements.
