Job Description

As an Offshore Property Manager, you'll be at the heart of managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceeding the expectations of landlords and tenants alike. From overseeing property maintenance and repairs to managing tenant relationships, you'll handle multiple responsibilities with precision and care. This role calls for someone with exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, all while maintaining stellar customer service.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: UK Shift (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM UK time)

Work setup: Permanent Work from Home

Steer the ship of property management!

  • Oversee repairs, maintenance, and renovations to ensure properties meet safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate with onsite teams, capturing visual documentation in the CRM system.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget.
  • Manage tenant applications, references, and lease agreements, and handle check-ins, check-outs, and inspections.
  • Resolve tenant issues, disputes, and complaints promptly.
  • Ensure properties comply with health, safety, and legal standards, staying up-to-date with housing regulations.
  • Prepare property expense budgets, manage payments, and generate financial reports.
  • Advertise vacant properties, conduct viewings, and negotiate tenancy terms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, providing exceptional service and timely updates.
