Offshore Onboarding Specialist (BPO experience needed)

Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating with various departments to complete all necessary paperwork, IT setup, and training
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding journey
• Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, templates, and resources to streamline the process
• Collaborate with the HR and operations teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Provide administrative support as needed to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience

Job requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar onboarding or HR generalist role, preferably within the BPO industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both new hires and cross-functional teams
• Proficient in using HR information systems and office productivity tools
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work
• A team player who is willing to pitch in and support the wider HR and operations teams as needed
