We're looking for a proactive and adaptable Offline Customer Service Associate for one of our clients in the retail industry
- Manage e-commerce orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional service.- Process wholesale and retail account orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Assist with order processing and claims resolution as needed
- Work independently to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
Take initiative to identify and implement process improvements.- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all task
Proficient MS Office, especially Excel and Word, and have knowledge of E-commerce and Retail Account Services- Working experience in field sales with supervisory experience, preferably in the Cigarette / Vape Industry
Exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for detail
- With at least a year of relevant experience in Customer Service and order management
Experience in e-Commerce Wholesale and Retail Account Services, Order processing, and Claims Experience in a retail environment is required.- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent communication skills; handling calls, emails and chats.
