OFFICER IN CHARGE (OIC)- Store OICs play an important role in INGCO Concept Stores, they are responsible for maintaining inventories, ordering new items, monitoring products on shelves, pulling our expired items, and keeping records of transferred merchandise. Based on our collection of example resumes, essential skills for this job are accuracy, a good level of physical fitness, attention to details, customer service skills, inventory software familiarity, and teamwork.
Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
Training sales employees.
Monitor and manage whole store
Calling potential customers to update on products and encourage purchases.
Answering customers questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales,
Handle customer complaints, first point of escalation whenever there are customer complaints. Coordinating to accounting,
Ensuring that there are no variances on inventory and stocks
Ensuring that the stores are properly stocked and cleaned.
Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that INGCO is reaching its target audience in their location. The OIC should also gather information on customer profiles around their location
Informing product developers of possible product improvements, promos and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
- SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Spreadsheets
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field
Degree in Business, Secretarial or any related field
Must have at least 3 years experience as Store supervisor Excellent Sales, communication and negotiation skills
