Perform general office clerk duties, such as encoding, recording, photocopying, and filing documents.- Assist in handling incoming calls and other communications.
Record information received as needed.
- Forward the information to the appropriate or concerned personnel or unit.
Assist in receiving clients and visitors as needed.- Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Receive physical delivery of goods, equipment, supplies, etc.
- Help monitor inventory of items received in the storage room
