- Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing delivery.
- Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone quiries in a calm and friendly manner in absence of sales in charge
- Must be cooperative with other departments.
- Must be organized and possess a high level of adminstration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
- Prepares and issue sample needed by sales.
- Do paperwork such as recording of invoice, sample issued to clients and sales monitoring updates.
- Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required documents are obtained (such as Company documents submitted to clients)
