Job Description

  • Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing delivery.

  • Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone quiries in a calm and friendly manner in absence of sales in charge

  • Must be cooperative with other departments.

  • Must be organized and possess a high level of adminstration ability to effectively manage paperwork.

  • Prepares and issue sample needed by sales.

  • Do paperwork such as recording of invoice, sample issued to clients and sales monitoring updates.

  • Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required documents are obtained (such as Company documents submitted to clients)
