The
Office Staff gives support to the work of the Sales and Marketing Department and other executives on projects directed at maximizing the company's profitability and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns.
Administrative tasks such as quotation making
- Content Creation - promotional flyers and social media posts
Social Media Management - scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or messages.- Customer Support - providing support to customers or clients by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing feedback related to marketing efforts.
Event Planning - assisting with the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, conferences, and other marketing-related activities.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams - working closely with sales and other departments such as customer service and the installation team.
The candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any business-related course.
- Computer and MS Office applications literate, Photoshop
Having at least 1 year of experience is an advantage.- Excellent Communication Skills with Knowledge in Advertising and/or Copywriting
A remarkable personal standard of honesty, integrity, and professionalism
- Relevant work experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
Knowledgeable in handling Shopee and Lazada accounts- Recent graduates with a good disposition and initiative to learn are welcome to apply.
