Qualifications:-Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing
-With real-estate experience is an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Property Specialists/Residential unit sellers in processing after-sales documents and gathering client requirements.
- Encode necessary data on the system and safekeep documents for proper storage.
- Assist in the preparation of Deployment Memo, Cash Advances, Budget Travel Authorization, Visa endorsements, etc.
- Help in processing budget releases and cancellations.
- Check liquidations and follow up their approval and clearance with the concerned departments.
- Facilitate in updating and disseminating necessary information/data (i.e. computation templates, box administration & enrollment, pricelists, memo, payment terms, etc.)
- Administer after-sales functions such as welcome emails, remittance payments, preferred call times, statement of account (SOA) requests, buyer's requests, and other buyer-related concerns.
- Verify and file qualification of marketing partners and in-house seller incentives.
- Coordinate with the Operations team in the preparation, follow-up, shipment, and submission of client contracts and other documents.
