JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintains customer relationships by responding to inquiries; documenting actions.
Receive calls for inquiries and booking.
Entertain and accommodate inquiries for walk-in clients.
Make requests in the helpdesk for new client names, contractors incentives, item code creation and etc.
Assist Sales Executives with their bookings & quotations.
Process transactions of walk-in clients.
Process pull-out forms needed by Sales Executives and marketing.
Monitor pending bookings and ask for assistance from SE for updates
Submit necessary documents for project process deployment.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of any business-related courses.
Good verbal and written communication- Good analytical skills and creative

Pay: Php12,- 00 - Php13,000.00 per month
