We're looking for an Office Staff to join our team to manage employees administration process related to general affairs.
The ideal candidate will have an experience to work with a pioneering team of one of the biggest FMCG group. He/she will be responsible for support in talent acquisition, general affairs, and time keeping.
Responsible for providing administrative activities related to general affairs
- Coordinate, document, and answer concerns in relation to third party providers (security, canteen, janitorial, manpower provider, shuttle, etc.)
Handle weekly and daily shuttle plotting of routes, vehicle requests, janitorial work schedule.- Check and verify billings (shuttle, car, janitorial, security, cleaning materials, drinking water, pre-employment medical, hospitalization, etc.)
Process purchase request (PR) and goods receipts (GR) in SAP
- Perform other function that may be assigned
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Management or equivalent
- With at least 1 year related experience, preferably in an FMCG company or Manufacturing
Preferably with knowledge in Timekeeping- Highly proficient in using MS Excel
Proficient in MS Office applications
- Can effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
Willing to work in Brgy. Canlubang, Laguna
