Assist in the preparation of journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations .- Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
Responding to information requests from callers and walk in guests; assisting with audits.
- Assisting the Admin,Accounting and Sales Departments as needed.
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
Perform receptionist duties when needed
