Job Description- In-charge in receiving of Sales/Purchase Order
Preparation of stock withdrawal slip and delivery receipts- Coordinate to warehouse personnel for delivery schedules
Encoding of sales to QuickBooks (acctg entry)
- Updating of sales of hard and soft copy (QB entry)
Sales and collection- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
Sales per product and quantity inventory monthly- quarterly actual inventory
Reconciliation of monthly in/out inventory
- Check inventory clerk of other warehouse requirements
Follow up client's order, accounts receivables, delivery status- follow up PLDT connection status
Other duties that maybe assign from time to time
Bachelor's degree of any business course
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
Good oral and written communication skills- Strong attention to detail
Proficient in operating general office equipment
- Must be knowledgeable on basic computer skills
