Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Filing of Records ( Actual vouchers, records, receipts,marketing expenses)
Labelling each folder for records
  • Printing of importation documents,completion of documents from Broker
Liquidation of petty cash
  • Recording of expenses (Daily & Monthly)
Create summary report Monthly(Internal for CML)
  • Expenses Report Accountant (Every 10th of the month)
Via Qne system for Motostrada
  • Actual sorting of receipts for Prime
  • Job Requirements
Proven work experience as Sales Representative or similar role
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
Availability to work flexible shifts
  • BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift


Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
