Assist in processing HMO enrollment and renewal applications.- Manage and maintain accurate records of client HMO plans and documentation.
Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve client inquiries and issues.
- Assist in preparing HMO-related reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide support in the administration of HMO benefits and claims.- Handle administrative tasks related to HMO services, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
Support the HMO team with any additional tasks as required.
