Preparing and following up on contracts/estimates, sales, marketing and advertising.
Answer incoming calls & e-mails; addressing customer needs directly.
Managing filing system.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
All admin tasks assigned should meet required turnaround time.
Ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
Performing various clerical tasks as required including encoding of OR and sorting, scanning, filing of documents.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
High school diploma or associate's degree.
Experience with marketing, and/or sales assistance a huge plus.
Computer literacy a must; ability to understand and use Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to learn new software quickly and take initiative with limited supervision.
Strong work ethic (reliable), organizational skills, and attention to detail
Enjoys customer service and has a professional phone demeanor
Willing to start ASAP!
