Job Description Primarily handles the processing of pertinent documents and permits thru various government agencies and other institutions
- Applies, monitors and secures necessary permits, licenses, certificates and other requirements from government agencies to expedite processing of subdivision utilities (electricity and water)
Organizing and filing of necessary requirements and other duties that may be assigned from time to time
With Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Communication or any equivalent courses- Experience in transacting with electric and water services providers and government agencies is a huge advantage
Possess excellent external communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly-organized and trustworthy

Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
