Job Responsibilities- Conducts research and assists the business development group in preparing legal documents relevant, but not limited to, business expansions and land acquisition;
Performs liaison works with national and local government agencies and other external parties whenever necessary;- Handles and resolves external affairs matters of the company including but not limited to concerns on informal settlers, right of way, tenants, property claimants, disputes, acquisition and of other similar nature;
Assists the company's legal counsel from time to time;
- Helps the company in its permits and licenses concerns from time to time.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Legal Management/Political Science or other related course;
- Experience in a real estate industry is a huge advantage; Preferably with strong background in negotiation, government transactions (Barangay & Local Government Units) and external/legal affairs;
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
