Job Description:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements- Maintain and update company databases and records.
Organize and store paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
Handle office maintenance and liaise with facility management vendors.- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
Provide general support to visitors and staff.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Knows how to do minutes of the meeting- Graduate of Office Administration or any related course
With 6 months to 1 years working Experience

- 00 - Php18,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
