Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
- Customer Service:Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide assistance and information to clients, customers, and employees.
- Scheduling and Coordination:Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
- Record Keeping:Maintain and update databases, records, and contact lists.
