Responsibilities:- Check order details of customers and making sure that all information are complete;
Collate bidding prices and assist ASMs in the preparation of proposals for customers.- Assist ASM in completing all bidding requirements (includes sending of documents and other items via LBC, other couriers or Airline Cargo such as Cebu Pacific or PAL);
Monitor the inventory of the promotional items (Portable Test Equipment, etc.);
- Responsible for the preparation of sales request for payment, add-on requests, travel request form for the Sales Department and clients, etc.
Responsible for Sales and Marketing research and activities;- Responsible for marketing efforts (Brochure. Advertising, Newsletter);
Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably Business Management or Business AdministrationWith at least 1 year relevant experience in administrative role/ Documents Assistant role
Must be flexible and can handle pressure
- Can start ASAP and can work onsite in SANTOLAN PASIG
