Job Description:
- Prepare and monitor tools, materials and equipment
Prepare, pack and book items for delivery- Handling of assigned budget
Managing inventory, updating of records and organizing items
- Timely submission of required reports
Other tasks assigned from time to time
Skills:
- Must be computer literate (Email, Microsoft Office and Google Office)
Excellent organization skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Can multitask and work in fast paced environmentRequirements:
- Associate or College degree in any course
Must have at least 2 years of related experience
- Prior work experience related to customer service, inventory management, logistics management or any administrative experience will be an advantage
Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism- Flexible, self-motivated, and highly organized
Willing to do field work
