Job Description

_JOB REQUIREMENT: GRADUATE OF BS. ACCOUNTANCY & ACCOUNTING RELATED COURSES_
  • JOB SUMMARY: Preparation of Bank Reconciliations, all related bank transactions and preparation of different schedules.


  • Daily
Prepare entries and summarize BPI transactions (DR memo, Payment, Transfers & Credit memo)
  • Preparation of Cash flow monitoring
Monitoring of Credit Line (ADA)
  • Confirmation of online deposits & ADA
Posting of Technical & Services invoices
  • Receives BPI settlement advisories and transmits to different department
  • Periodically (Weekly, Monthly, Annually)
Bank Reconciliation from 9 Different Banks
  • Schedule of Unrecognized Deposit
Schedule of BPI 2307 or EWT
  • Preparation of ATP or Trust Receipt
Preparation of Transfer of Fund documents
  • Accommodate occasional bank transaction
  • Occasionally ( Audit, Emergency, Etc)
Respond to Audit findings from MGCI & ISO Audit
