The
Office Staff (Accounting) will be assigned to perform tasks that may be given by the Accounting Head. These may include the preparation of client invoices, data entry, and receiving collections. The Accounting Assistant should be dependable and trustworthy at all times.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing the Accounts Receivable Invoices (AR), official receipts and collection receipts.
- Handle the revolving fund and petty cash replenishment and reviews the accuracy correctness of disbursements.
Responsible for preparing the monthly vat report- Assist Accounting Supervisor and Accounting Manager in carrying out different responsibilities in Accounting Department
Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by Immediate Head from time to time
- Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate of Accountancy or any Business-related course
- At least 1 year work related experience is advantage
With good time management, verbal and communication skills- Competent in MS Excel and Word application
Ability to multi-task, attention to detail, remain motivated and positive
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
Candidate who are diligent, organized, likes routine work and enjoys daily accounting work will be a good fit for this role- Willing to be trained and start immediately
Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
