Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Office Secretary to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the sales team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing sales reports.
- Assist with customer inquiries and follow-up communications.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.- Prepare and distribute sales materials and presentations.
Coordinate and assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth running of the office.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.- Proven experience as an office secretary, sales assistant, administrative assistant, or in another relevant administrative role is a PLUS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- A positive attitude and willingness to undergo a 1-month performance observation period with an allowance.
