Answer phones and relay messages
File, copy, and sort mail
Order supplies (Admin- office related)
Compose correspondence if needed
Perform basic business operations tasks
Handle HR duties such as gathering manual timesheets and other tasks assigned
Schedule meetings and arrange travel for staff
Manage and organize office paperwork, including blueprints and contracts
Ensure easy retrieval of documents
2 to 3 years experience as an executive assistant; executive secretary or office secretary
Well-versed with Microsoft programs and computer savvy!
Willing to be assigned in MBI HO, Paco Manila
