Maintains the database of the support team- Encoding, filing, and organizing office documents such as reports
Making Quotation/Emails Etc.
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping
Booking of orders- Assisting in the collection of payments from clients
Sourcing of Required Materials/Products as needed
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least an Associate Degree holder/graduate of three (3) year course
Proficient in using Microsoft Office specifically Microsoft Excel- Keen attention to details
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- A team player and has a willingness to learn
Willing to be assigned in Imus, Cavite
