Oversee daily office operations and ensure that all administrative functions are performed smoothly.
Report office progress to management and work with them to improve office operations and procedures.
Manage contact and negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
Coordinate with various departments to address any office-related matters promptly and effectively.
Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards, and making necessary adjustments for identified process and office management improvements.
Supervise driver itineraries to ensure requests are accommodated and provide backup transportation arrangements if necessary.
Achieve financial objectives by monitoring the office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and initiating corrective measures.
Work with the Human Resources team to update office policies, address employee concerns, onboard new hires, and implement retention program activities.
Keep track of office supplies purchases and coordinate with purchasing regarding inventory and recording.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
Proven experience as an Office Manager, managing office operations and administrative staff.
Demonstrated experience in managing office budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
