Position OverviewOffice managers is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an office and its various departments. Their duties include communicating with department heads, relaying important information or policy changes. Office managers ensure that the offices they look after are align with the company rules and regulations as well as working closely with administrative and HR department for a smooth delegation of task and assignments.
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Office Management, Business/Office Administration or other related field
With 3-5 years of experience in HR, Office administration and other related roles
Proficiency in MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize task and meet tight deadlines
Detail-oriented, critical thinker with strong problem-solving ability
Possess excellent leadership skills and can work independently
Willing to travel when required
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and oversees the day-to-day office operational systems.
Be the first point of contact for executive and employee inquiries and provide guidance as the need arises.
Handles sending, incoming and follow-up calls and emails.
Identify and resolve issues related to office operations, facilities and staff.
Provides support in maintaining office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and employee's performance.
Assisting client's requests and questions, coordinating meetings, calendars and deadlines, creating presentations, booking travel for team.
Create and organize filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Coordinates with other internal department to ensure that all equipment and company assets are all in good conditions.
Ensures that standard operating procedures are being followed accordingly including updating health and safety policies.
Maintain tidiness, orderly and cleanliness in all workstations.
Fosters and builds positive relationships with team, customers, and leadership in all functions at all levels, and communicates effectively and proactively, as needed.
