Job Description
- Develops and implements efficient systems for resource management, goal setting, and task allocation.
Collaborates with the HR team to handle employee relations, such as addressing concerns, managing leaves, and facilitating performance reviews.- Ensures that projects run smoothly by employing efficient and competent administrative staff. Continuous training and coaching/mentoring.
Collaborates with the Finance Department to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Manages and reviews milestones of the construction schedule, which may involve meeting and liaising with architects, surveyors and engineers to examine construction project plans and determine the requirements that are necessary for its completion.
Creates, reviews and updates policies and procedures to maintain a structured work environment.- Ensures policies and procedures are communicated and understood by all staff members.
Serves as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open communication.
