Job Overview

Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift, Mon - Fri 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Work Setup: Onsite, Makati City

Job Description

As an Office Manager, you will ensure smooth office operations while fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Your role will include onboarding new hires, coordinating team events, overseeing compliance, and managing essential reporting, all while acting as the go-to person for office-related requests and issues.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Review and approve SIL, Emergency, and DTR requests.
  • Distribute CCM Welcome Bags to new hires.
  • Facilitate onboarding, workstation setup, and machine configuration.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and handoff to the hiring manager.
  • Organize and support team-building events, lunches, and holiday celebrations.
  • Provide expense estimates related to all team events.
  • Perform on-site inspections to ensure employees adhere to company security standards, including proper locker usage.
  • Validate network equipment compliance with CCM standards.
  • Serve as the point of contact for office-related requests and issues.
  • Submit new hire authorization requests.
  • Track and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports for PH employees.
  • Assist with additional reporting as required.
  • Contribute to project work as needed.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Proven track record in a managerial position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Skilled in organizing, multitasking, and prioritizing workflows effectively.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management experience is an advantage.
  • Strong judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Team-oriented and approachable demeanor.
