Work Location: Cebu based, Full On-site reporting
Work Schedules: Mondays to Fridays (8am to 5:48pm)
Job Summary: The Office Leasing/Space Manager is responsible for closely monitoring of leasing sales, negotiations, contract administration and oversee internal lease review process.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as liaison between tenants, in-house personnel, outside counsel, consultants and brokers to negotiate, prepare and review leases and related documents, amendments, renewals, extensions, licenses, terminations, subleases, lessor consents, etc.
- Oversee internal lease review process
- Develop and follow-up with potential accounts
- Monitor leasing administration
- Manage daily and weekly marketing and leasing reports
- Address events, meetings and clubs within designated segments
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of assigned properties on vacancies, major tenants, small tendency and lease expirations
- Draft proposals, lease offer, and documents on incoming and current tenancies
- Present marketing letters and documents to potential tenants
- Meet tenants to encourage leasing relations
- Document to effectuate execution of leasing contract
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Office Leasing/Space management in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
