Job Description

Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, change orders, and other essential records. Ensure that documents are up-to-date and accessible to the appropriate team members.
  • Review and modify engineering plans, as necessary (materials, shop drawings, etc.)
Coordinate Requests for Information (RFIs) between the project team and relevant parties.
  • Provide technical assistance to the project team, including interpreting drawings, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with design professionals.
Evaluate change orders request, cost, and schedule and prepares of change orders documentation.
  • Prepare Bill of Materials and Bill of Quantities for projects and computes project costings.
Assist in tracking project costs and expenditures, including materials, labor, and equipment, to help maintain the project budget.
  • Assist in obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance with local regulations and building codes.
Schedule and organize project meetings, record meeting minutes, and distribute relevant information to attendees.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project team members, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring that information is conveyed accurately and timely.
Prepare regular progress status reports. Provide updates to project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Job Qualifications
Graduate of Civil Engineering, Construction Management or any related courses.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.
With at least 2 years of extensive working experience in real estate and construction industry.
  • Familiar with construction software and project management tools.
Commendable problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods is beneficial.
Familiar with construction drawings and specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
