Job Summary
- Office Engineer provides technical, and administrative support and helps in monitoring ongoing projects, and handling information requests for the technical team. This role involves coordinating with project teams and ensuring compliance with Engineering standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise, schedule, and attend meetings with Project Management Team, and other departments to discuss the development, issues, and concerns encountered on the project sites.
- Monitor Commitments discussed in the meeting.
- Documenting project issues/conditions
- Submit queries for incomplete documents
- Maintaining organized and detailed project records
- Coordinate with all the Site Office Engineers for necessary documentations
- Assist the Site Project Manager with the preparation and monitoring of the following reports:
- Management Report
- Weekly Project Progress Report
- Daily Productivity Report
- Weekly Operations Meeting Report
- Attendance and Timekeeping Report
- HSE Incidents
- Work Traffics
- Internal NCRs
- Take Minutes-of-Meeting of any Technical Meeting
- Systematically store and maintain files to ensure completeness of records and to provide easy access to reference.
- Provide back-up relief for other team members and perform ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time to provide support to the department and the Company.
