Job Description

SIGNATURE HOME PRODUCTS INC. is looking for an OFFICE CLERK!

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include the documentation of delivery receipts (DR), cash deposit management, warehouse auditing, customer payment follow-ups, and monitoring expenses. The Office Clerk will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and warehouse.
  • Scope of Duties:
Document and file all delivery receipts accurately, ensuring they are properly recorded in the system and maintaining organized records of all deliveries.
  • Deposit cash to the bank on a regular basis, keeping accurate records of all transactions and ensuring compliance with company cash handling procedures.
Conduct regular audits of the warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy, verifying that all goods are stored correctly and reporting any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse manager.
  • Follow up with customers who have outstanding payments, communicating effectively to ensure timely payments and maintaining records of all communications and payment statuses.
Prepare and submit a summary of deposits to the head office, generating regular reports on cash deposits, customer payments, and warehouse audits.
  • Track and monitor all office and warehouse expenses, ensuring they are within budget and properly documented, and report any unusual or excessive expenditures to management.

Job Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Trustworthy and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15,
  • 00 - Php16,000.00 per month
