Job Description

Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, package, etc.)
Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
  • Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices checks etc.
  • Take minutes of meetings and dictations
Assist in office management and organization procedures
  • Monitors stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages
Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events
  • Perform other office duties as assigned
  • Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any Business course
  • At least 6 months of experience
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  • Must be flexible and willing to be trained
Must be computer literate (familiar in MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • With good commands of oral and written English
Willing to start immediately
  • Preferable near in Las Pias

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,
  • 00 - Php17,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus


Ability to commute/relocate:
Las Pias: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
