Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Assist in daily office needs and manage general administrative activities.- Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain organized filing systems and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Take minutes during meetings and distribute accordingly.- Handle purchase orders and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Graduate of any 4-year course
