The Office Assistant is responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations of the company. He/she maintains files to keep track of important documents, organizes travel arrangements and manages inventories.
Coordinates and oversees regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, repairs, and pest control to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Monitors office supplies and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels for daily operations.
Administers the issuance and retrieval of office equipment, including laptops, phones, printers, and other necessary tools to employees.- Maintains accurate records of equipment issuance, including serial numbers, condition reports, and employee acknowledgments.
Coordinates with technical support team or relevant departments to ensure equipment is properly configured and functioning for employee use.
- Develops and implements inventory management procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs related to equipment and supplies.
Assists employees with requests related to office facilities, equipment issues, or maintenance concerns, providing timely resolutions and excellent customer service.- Maintains accurate documentation, including invoices, receipts, and service contracts related to office maintenance and equipment purchases.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by the PeopleFlex Director.
- Educational Requirement: Graduate of any 4-year course
- Preferred Qualifications/Experience: Attention to details, time management, organizational skills, learning agility, administrative support and customer service orientation
