Job Requirements:- Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
Strong attention to details, focus and ability to follow standard operating procedures- Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PPT Presentation is an advantage
Preferably with experience in clerical/administrative support or equivalent
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to manage time wisely, multi-task and work in a team environment- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Handle phone calls/inquiries
Manage media accounts
Coordination with Employees & Borrowers
Inform/Update applicant on their loan/renewal status
Manage PCF
Bank transactions:
Deposit
Acquire Statements
Return Checks
Encashment
Request for Check Book
Tele/Media Marketing
Daily transaction reports
Filing of documents
assisting other office operations
