Inventory Management:Monitor and update inventory levels regularly.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely restocking of inventory.
Conduct periodic audits to reconcile physical inventory with recorded quantities.
Record and track sales transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper documentation of sales orders.
Generate invoices and receipts for completed transactions.
Track and monitor the status of deliveries to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Communicate with logistics partners and internal teams to address any delivery issues promptly.
- Client Inquiries:Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Provide accurate information regarding product availability, order status, and other relevant details.
Address client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Interdepartmental Coordination:
Collaborate with different departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring information is shared effectively.
Assist in the coordination of cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on inventory levels, sales performance, and other relevant metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all reports before distribution.
