Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant at Keev Inc. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, handling phone etiquette, and utilizing clerical skills on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering new materials as needed.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle basic inquiries from staff, clients, or customers.
  • Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital.
  • Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Help with document preparation, data entry, and managing internal systems.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, booking accommodations, and organizing events as required.
